Our Field to Fork programmes provide an introduction to gardening, food production and the use of fresh produce as a route to eating well with a focus on sustainability.
Understanding the provenance of our food and ensuring that students know the importance of both the seasonal cycle and good soil health, is at the heart of all of our food and horticulture programmes.
From a range of day visits for primary and secondary schools, based in the Education Garden, our programmes offer the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge at all levels, ensuring a greater understanding of all that is required to achieve sustainable food systems.
