Certificated Programmes

Our Introduction to Hospitality programme allows young people the opportunity to develop front of house and kitchen skills linked directly to employment.

Certificates in food hygiene and barista skills are included in the course. Students also take part in a work placement as part of their programme and recent programmes have demonstrated a success rate of above 85% in both pass rates and securing permanent employment on completion. *The general coursework will be recognised, mid-2021 onwards, by City and Guilds and qualifications will be awarded to students.
