New MPhil/PhD Student To Present at The British Mosaic Forum

The School is excited to announce that one of its new MPhil/PhD students, Lillian Sizemore, will be speaking at The British Mosaic Forum, hosted by The British Association for Modern Mosaic (BAMM) at King's College.

At 2pm on Saturday 28th September, Lillian will recount the discovery of ancient footprints, said to be over two thousand years old, which have been found in the mortar of the Lod Mosaic, one of the largest and best preserved mosaic floors in Israel.

The BAMM promotes, encourages and supports excellence in contemporary mosaic art and raises public awareness of modern mosaic art through exhibitions, publications, events and related educational activities.

Lillian also writes for Mosaic Art Now magazine, and was featured in a farewell article earlier this month.

The School is pleased to welcome her at the beginning of her doctoral studies.
