The School Publishes a New Book

Arts & Crafts of the Islamic Lands will be published by Thames & Hudson on 9th September 2013, with pre-orders available on Amazon.

Edited by the School’s Director, Dr Khaled Azzam, Arts & Crafts of the Islamic Lands celebrates the thriving world of Islamic arts and crafts as well as presenting the rich cultural, philosophical and historical heritage that contemporary artists and craftspeople still draw on today. Written by tutors at the School, the book is based on decades of research and expertise and provides unparalleled and authoritative access to a glorious range of techniques, methods, materials and skills.
